Resonance is an 8-day immersive retreat designed by Namo Sanctuary and myself to awaken and realign your energetic body through the sacred technologies of pranayama, movement, sound healing and meditation. 

 

Guided by experienced facilitators in the spiritual heart of Bali, this journey will carry you through the seven chakras — your inner energetic centers — allowing you to transform emotion, expand awareness, and reprogram your energy system.

 

This retreat is both a personal transformation journey and a certified training experience for yoga teachers that seeks continuing education and expansion.
